MinusG is a gluten-free and allergen-free baking mix company, producing outrageously delicious sweet and savory baking mixes. What sets MinusG apart is each mix tastes better than even its best gluten counterpart, fooling bakers and foodies.

My name is Katherine Gardner, a 5th generation baker and the formulator of MinusG baking mixes. I love baking and the science behind each ingredient. My diagnosis with celiac disease drove me to create a gluten-free flour blend that could match what gluten-baked goods do and to produce the best gluten-free mixes money can buy.

We produce and distribute our mixes to grocery stores, specialty stores, and sell direct through minusg.com, local festivals and at holiday events throughout the year.

All of our mixes are produced in small batches. Our ingredients are naturally; plant-based, top 9 allergen-free, and free from dairy, egg, soy, nut, wheat and sesame. Now celiacs, gluten-intolerant and those with allergen sensitivities can enjoy their favorite recipes again. What started as a fix for my diagnosis with celiac disease, has now reached into many homes. I have been blessed abundantly with an amazingly supportive husband, family and friends.
