Food & Wine Pairing in the CAVE

June is Ohio Wine month and what better way to celebrate than highlighting our award-winning Ohio Wines! For June’s Saturday Food and Wine pairings, we will be featuring our Best of Show White Wine and Best of Ohio White Wine – Riesling – 2023 & Silver award winners 2024 Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay Reserve & Unoaked Chardonnay. These 4 wines will be paired with 4 small bites. An additional 5^th sample will be offered at the end.

Menu includes:

*Greens with orange segments, sunflower seeds, Feta & honey Dijon vinaigrette

*Creamy Ceasar Mashed potatoes with bacon

*Burrata with roasted tomatoes, pesto & toasted pine nuts with a balsamic drizzle

*Lemon cake

Reservations are required in advance. $30 per person. You must be 21 to attend. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time.

NOTE: Our kitchen will accommodate any dietary restrictions for diners when noted at time of reservation booking only. NOT the day of the event.
